Corporate Volunteering Request Form

Thank you for your interest in having your group volunteer with Operation Kindness.

With a corporate group fee of $500, up to 20 participants can be accommodated. With a corporate group fee of $1,000, 21-40 participants can be accommodated.(Groups of more than 20 are split into two different sessions.) No fee is necessary for 501(c)3 non-profit organizations.
