Before paying your $45 application fee, please review the following requirements:

- You must be at least 18 years old to complete an application. If you are under the age of 18, please have your legal guardian complete it for you.
If you are completing this form for a minor (16 or 17 yrs old), you agree and give permission for Operation Kindness to collect their personal information.
- You must agree to work as a volunteer for Operation Kindness of your own will, and understand this role does not include compensation or payment of any kind.
- Shelter volunteers must complete a minimum of 4 hours of volunteering per month for Operation Kindness to remain active.

By paying the fee below, you agree that:
- The nonrefundable Volunteer Application fee covers administrative costs, a volunteer t-shirt, name tag, and initial training.
- After registration, you have 30 days to complete the online training and the hands-on assessment. Failure to do so may require you to re-register and pay the fee again.
